What is this site about?
Intuitivmedia is a online photo shop that sells royalty free images (stock photos). Our clients are designer from around the world. They search, find, securely pay online and download our images in a minute.
Easy steps to get started
1) enter a search term (keyword ex: "computer") in the search form found on our homepage.
2) Check the results and click the thumbnails to enlarge and add the images to your Shopping Cart .
3) Go to your Shopping Cart and securely checkout online with major Credit Cards, Paypal or money tranfer.
4) Check your mailbox and find our email with a download link inside to access your high resolution images.
5) Use our images without additional fees or time limitations in all medias (websites, blogs, flyers, magazines, cards, presentations etc).
What is royalty-free?
The difference between traditional rights-protected and royalty-free licenses is a fundamental one. When a product is purchased under a rights-protected license, it usually means for a one-time use and for a single purpose. This can be complicated and restricting. Royalty-free, on the other hand, couldn't be simpler. Once you've purchased a product from Intuitivmedia, what you get is a worldwide lifetime license that allows you to use the product whenever, wherever, however and as many times as you like. To find the images you need, quickly and easily you can use the quick image search (via the search form). We also offer free research assistance. If you'd like personalized help finding the images you need, please contact us.
To perform a quick image search
Go to our homepage look for the search form and enter the keyword(s) for the kind of image you're searching for (ex.: Fish, business, flower, yellow ...). In the detail window you may click the keywords to find similar images. Click 'search' and any images that match your search will appear on the Search Results page. You may also use the categories on the left.
How can I pay ?
You can pay thrue our authorized payment processors payOS, 2checkout.com or Paypal.com, with all major credit cards or direct debit (Lastschrift Germany) .
What are the restrictions to downloads pictures in one month?
How many files can I download? As many as you want. You have an unlimited number of downloads with our Photo subscription. Be careful, this doesn't mean you can go crazy with downloading. We still advise you to download "as-needed". Thanks to not let the server burn down :-)
Delivery
Images are instantly available to download online from the receipt page.
What format are the photos in?
All stock photos are in JPG format.
Images Size
Up to 8.2 MP (DINA4 @ 300DPI) -> Download a sample image and check the exact size on the photo detail page.
Do you add photos on a regular basis?
Yes. We add photos as they are taken. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted (fresh images every week).
Can I submit photos to sell?
Right now the only photos that we sell are the ones taken by Philippe Ramakers. You can still open your own gallery and sell your images easely with Photostore (stock photo software for photographers).
Do you offer refunds?
yes we do.
Are there any restrictions on my use of the IM Photovision photos that I download?
Yes. While IM Photovision offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format.
If I purchase a subscription are there any other fees I will encounter when downloading from the site?
No, an unlimited membership allows you full access to download any photos on our site at no extra charge.
Is account sharing allowed?
No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.
How secure is your web site?
Very. That's the short answer. The longer answer is that any sensitive data like your credit card numbers, personal profile or billing address is encrypted. We do not have any access to your payment information, PayPal and 2checkout are our authorized payment processor. Learn more...
I bought a subscription, but it says I'm not activated, what do I do?
On rare occasions our merchant processors may not send the information of your transaction to our system, so your account may not be automatically activated. Therefore, if you have made a purchase of our subscriptions and you are not able to access photos IM Photovision using your details, send a support request we are fast.
What browsers should I use?
We recommend that you use the latest browsers possible. If there is an update available, update it. If there was a new version release, upgrade. Personally, we recommend:

I'm using Internet Explorer on a Mac and having trouble,why?
Internet Explorer for Mac is no longer being supported OR developed by Microsoft or Apple. It is an old browser that will never be updated or upgraded. This also leaves Mac Internet Explorer users open to many security risks from all over the internet. If you are on OS X, then we HIGHLY recommend using Safari or Firefox. Safari comes with OS X, so check your Applications folder.
If you are on OS 9, then we HIGHLY recommend upgrading your operating system. BUT, if you can not upgrade your operating system, please make sure you are using the latest version of Internet Explorer [Download Here]. OR, you can try downloading Mozilla [Download Here].
I'm using Internet Explorer on a Mac and my downloads come as a ".php" file
After selecting your resolution and clicking on the "download" button, your "File Save As..." dialog box might display as if you are saving "start_file_download.php", but don't worry, that is ok. You can still choose your location, and click "Save". Make sure to NOT rename the file. The file you selected will still download onto your desktop just as normal.
I'm using Internet Explorer on a mac and my .JPG downloads open in a new window
If you click "download" after selecting a JPEG file format, your download may open in a new window. Just click on the JPEG image and drag it to your desktop (or wherever you want), or go to "File>Save As" (without changing the name), and wait for the download to start and finish.
How long does my subscription last
With most subscriptions, your subscription lasts 1-year or 1-Month from when you activate your account. (Image Subscription).
I logged in, but it says my account is inactive?
Our system have not activated your account, contact us for instant activation. Another case in which this might happen, is if your subscription has expired. That is, unless it was disabled for administrative reasons. You can contact us at any time if you have problems.
Do you sell CD's?
Currently we do not sell CD's. We offer image subscriptions or single stock photos at a very affordable price.
How do I download
If you are a subscriber, you must log-in to your account first. You can then click on any thumbnail of any of our files. You will be sent to a page with a large preview of your selection. From there, you should see an area that says "Download". All you have to do is click on the "Download" link. If you are purchasing files without an account, once your billing and credit card information has been processed, you will get an Email with a link to a page with thumbnails of the files you purchased. You will see a "Download" button below each thumbnail.
What is a lightbox?
A lightbox is a place for you to "save" the files you are interested in. It's almost like a virtual file folder on our website. These files aren't saved anywhere onto your machine when they are added to the lightbox. You can then print or share your lightboxes with other people, even if they aren't Intuitivmedia subscribers. To use the lightboy you need to subscribe.
